Finally, after a couple of months after purchase, I've found time to do swatches and share my review on lipstick Catrice Ultimate Colour # 260 It's A Matt World . So, without further ado, let's look at what I've got =)
As always I will tell from the position of product usability. # 260 It's A Matt World is bright pink coral shade that looks more pinkish on the sun and becomes more intense coral hue in the shadow. Although the word "intense" is not very suitable - pigment of the lipstick does not overlap lip color at 100%. It's applied not very evenly, and is quite difficult to work with a brush.
If to apply a thicker layer, will be more color. And under the sun it will start shining (Matt? Hello! =) So I prefer to use it without tricks - without applying several layers and any brush. Lipstick is keeping on lip contours (doesn't "go beyond"), but doesn't have longlasting properties. Yes, and whether it should be, if the lipstick's price is 5 euros? =)
Swatch of the lipsick on a hand looks like it looks in tube - matt, "dryish". But after a while on my lips, lip contour ceases to be matt. I am inclined to think that is because it is mixed with concealer, which I use for sculpturing, so gloss appears on the lip contour. Overall I am more or less happy with the product and will continue to use it to create makeups (as"solo," as mixing with other shades to create gradients and 3D-effects). But it will never be the highlight of my collection but just a consumable item.
