The popular People's Choice Awards 2013 was in Los Angeles, where the Americans have chosen their favorite artists in a show business. And as usual, the stars tried to outdo one each other with gorgeous outfits and makeups. I was a little surprised by Katy Perry, which was contrary to her candy girl's image, and appeared with a makeup in discreet brown shades. That makeup was done by Todd Delano.
