Neon make-up is very intensive and it's creating in bright colors of eyeshadows.
Sometimes neon makeup is performed in "Ombre" style, when there is a nice gradient from one color to another.
Sometimes make-up artists get inspired from the nature. They use colors of tropical birds and fishes.
In this summer they used not only neon eyeshadows, but an eyeliner too.
