Quick face mask with olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp almond oil (you can use only olive oil)
A few drops of peppermint essential oil
Application: Mix the oils and apply on the face with a cotton swab . Leave for a few minutes, then take a cotton ball or a sponge and gently massaging clean the skin from oil. You remove the layer of dead cells, oils will give the skin the necessary nutrition , and the peppermint essential oil will instantly increase blood circulation and improve skin tone. Just be careful with a sensitivity to essential oils. If excess oil is not absorbed, remove it with a cotton pad moistened in your normal tonic.
