And today I want to continue to publish a rather topical (as I noted) recipes for hair growth. Today's recipe: hair mask with red hot pepper tincture for hair growth. Along with the mustard mask, pepper mask is one of the most popular in Russia. I am sharing a recipe for making mask, as well as some tips and advice on the application. I hope you enjoy!
2 tbsp of avocado oil (a great remedy for hair growth, but you can replace it with burdock or castor oils)1 tbsp of red ho pepper tincture
1 tbsp of sour cream (will help make mixture less liquid)
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, and apply with a brush or cotton swab evenly on the roots and scalp. Most importantly treat the scalp, hair growth will accelerate by increasing blood circulation in the scalp. Do not forget to wear a plastic cap and wrap a head with a towel for warmth. Keep the mask an hour or longer (if there are no problems with burning), then rinse with warm water and shampoo.
* If you find it difficult to tolerate burning, you can also add a few drops of essential oil of peppermint in a mask and then in the shampoo that you use for wash a head . Peppermint oil will bring a cooling effect, and it will be easier to bear the burning of pepper.
* The combo of red hot pepper tincture with other "burning" ingredients (cinnamon, mustard and onions) will also give an excellent effect. Most importantly, in your experiments, do not forget that as pepper as mustard as any other "spicy" ingredients of masks for hair growth are potential allergens, and can cause skin irritation and dryness. Therefore, if you have a sensitive scalp this mask is just contraindicated.
* If, during the application of the mask, you will warm the head in a towel (with a hair dryer, for example), the effect of the mask will increase.
* Pepper tincture can be purchased at a pharmacy or can be made yourself using vodka (or alcohol) and fresh red hot pepper.
