I do not know about you, but I love to wear clothes of my husband. I seem for myself so tiny and defenseless. However, the feeling of "security" is still there. After all, if a girl wears mens jeans or a shirt, then the man himself, the owner of the clothing is hiding nearby :D Jokes aside, but we, women, replenished a lot from the men's in our wardrobes, and even already settled our own boyfriend jeans, oxford shoes and men's shirt for women. And also formed our own "masculine" tomboy style. Masculine women's clothing is not a new phenomenon, women are constantly striving to add to own wardrobe and make the life easier by adopting a comfortable and practical clothing of the opposite sex. I even do not need to give examples - half of the wardrobe, which now is the base for any girl - was once the exclusive domain of men: pants, jeans, jackets, etc. However, over time, all these details of clothing had got their "feminine" look.
Well, that time has come again when women want to be a little stronger, and in the course are boyfriend jeans, masculine style coats, oxford shoes - but all of this, in spite of what has been done for women, still retains an original masculine design. Tomboy girl is a tribute to the emancipation and gender equality. Talking about masculine style I'll start with the shoes, although personally I have only unisex sneakers and running shoes in the wardrobe, so there is no hint of shoes in masculine style. But that does not stop me eyeing the showcases of shoe stores and to mentally choose a perfect pair of oxford shoes. If to think about how to wear oxfords, in front of my mind's eye there is a tall and slim girl, wearing pants or skinny "pencil" jeans, a masculine style jacket, with a satchel in the same style of college students, with a short hairstyle, styled with gel. Well, in general, a portrait of a tomboy girl.
But the rub is that these shoes for me shouldn't be worn with anything except the skinny pants or jeans! And, as in the situation with ballet flats, the choice in favor of flat shoes should be done only by holders of slim legs and growth that is not less than the average. Otherwise there is a risk of looking ridiculous and "puffy". By the way, that's why oxfords aren't yet in my wardrobe. I, alas, don't treat myself as a slim and long-legged. And, yes, I believe that the combination of oxfords with skirts - it's terrible. If you, of course, are not an experimenter, like those boys that are running around the streets in skirts. When it comes to men's shirt for women, there is (in contrast to the situation with the oxford shoes) no borders for your fantasy. Masculine shirt will complement almost any daily outfit in any everyday style. They can be worn in the office suits, tucked into pants or a skirt and can be worn free, combining with straps, skirts, jeans, shorts, getting out for a walk. There is a lot of options on how you can transform your outfit with a man's shirt. I am sharing a few interesting looks with women's shirts in men's style.
Previously, baggy and over-sized pants were the prerogative of rappers and members of subcultures in general, but now they smoothly moved in wardrobes even of respectable ladies. It's nice, it looks stylish, and even young! In general, it is interesting to see how celebrities or street fashionista quite stylish and expertly combine boyfriend jeans. As for me, it looks a bit like "copy-paste" (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V).
Imagine a beautiful office suit with a jacket and shirt in a classic style and as well classic pumps. Only pants were "cut out" and instead of them boyfriend jeans were "pasted"=)) Or a beautiful glamorous outfit with a bright top and high-heels, but instead of a beautiful skirt - bam! - boyfriend jeans, there you are my dears! Yes, winter is coming, so we should already start discuss something of outerwear. Masculine coat is great update for your autumn wardrobe. If we talk about the style and how to wear these coats, then, for me, a little baggy man's coat can highlight virtually any outfit in urban, casual, office, classic, street chic styles and so on. To wear it over an evening dress, of course, is not necessary, but any outfit which allows to have "unfeminine" details can be profitable accentuated with the masculine coat. It remains only to not get lost in the color combinations. Although nowadays, what are barriers for fantasy? Here's a few nice, in my opinion, designs of masculine women's coat.
