Hi, my lovely kittens! As I promised I share my pics from walking in mountains. I say "walking", because it was really the walking. Porto is consist of two parts - coast and mountains. The district Valongo where we were is the part of Porto, so, it was just a walking, but not a real trip=)
Mountains Meseta is occuping the northern part of Portugal, Sierra-da-Estrela - one more mountains in Portugal - is in the centre. I've already been there. The south of Portugal is flat.
So, mountains are not so high so the rivers are calm too.
We were planning to climb up on this rock.
And we did it! It was not so hard! ;) I didn't use the cam climbing I was afraid to lose it.
Such a a beautiful view of the mountains! I was in love! I felt like a bird!

There were mines here a lot of time ago, so there still are a lot of half-ruined buildings from the pieces of the rocks. These rocks are very layered. Look like a puff pastry.
So, it's me - collect fir-cones and catch grasshoppers ;)
