Mustard hair mask. Máscara de cabelo com a mostarda

Hi, my lovely kittens! Today I want to share with you a recipe of a mustard hair mask , which perfectly increases hair growth, as well as provides the deep penetration of nutrients to the scalp.

Ola, gatinhas! Hoje, vou compartilhar convosco a máscara de cabelo com a mostarda.

As you know, mustard is the spice, so it has the local irritating effect that increases blood circulation into the skin surface. Another nutritious ingredients included in the hair mask, will nourish the hair more deeply, giving the roots the most of their nutrients (what are usually washed off).

So, mustard hair mask:

1 tbsp of mustard powder
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp of a vegetable (almond, olive) oil

Application: mix the ingredients and apply the mix on a wet hair. Wrap it with a plastic wrap and cover up with a towel for warmth. Keep it for 20 minutes. Wash the mask off with a cool water, and then use your normal shampoo and conditioner. Remember that mustard is a quite strong irritating ingredient , and if you can’t be patient with its burning, reduce the dose. In allergic reactions you gotta avoid a mustard.

My review - to be patient with a mustard’s burning is possible, and the effect will make you happy - the hair will shine, and with regular use (1 per week) hair growth will become more intense. Don’t wait a marvel, of course, but is quite possible to increase the hair growth at 0,2 inch per month with the mustard hair mask =)
