Glamorous Navy Blue Smoky Eye Makeup. Once again, the video of the same author. =) I really like her technique of the work. This makeup is made in gray and marine blue shades. Waterline is highlighted with a bright blue. Makeup is suitable for any eye shade.

Quick Smoky eyes with a Plum undertone. Very easy makeup to make it. Creates a deep dramatic look. The one important rule - to blend every shade of eye shadows and pencils to create the smokey effect. Perfect for all eye colors, and hair too ;) Great universal evening makeup.
