Red pepper and mint hair mask to grow hair

1 tbsp avocado oil (excellent oil for hair growth)
1 tbsp burdock oil (also excellent growth stimulator)
1 tbsp yogurt (excellent base for the mask, and removes redundant irritation from pepper)
1 tsp minced hot peppers
15 drops of essential oil of peppermint

Application: Mix all ingredients and apply on the hair roots and scalp. Wrap your head with a plastic wrap and a towel. Pepper and mint will irritate the scalp, increasing blood circulation and nutrients from the oil will easier penetrate into the hair roots, causing the acceleration of the metabolism, and as a result, the hair growth.
