Baking soda scrub: homemade face exfoliator

Hi, my dear girls! ;) Today in my publication, I want to write about one remedy, that is quite popular on the Internet, for cleansing skin and to share my recipe. Baking soda scrub (homemade face exfoliator) acts as a mechanical exfoliation, removing dead skin cells (more gently than a salt or sharp granules of a sugar), and also gives a little bit of lightening effect for age spots and blackheads. However, I note that this scrub is not a panacea, and if you have a serious problem with the skin, it’s better to trust to the professional care, or to a salon treatment. ;)

Baking soda scrub: homemade face exfoliator

1 tsp of a baking soda
1 tsp of a honey
1 tbsp of your normal gel cleanser

Application: Mix honey, baking soda and gel and apply this mix to the face with a cotton swab, making circular massaging motion. After a few minutes of this massage rinse your face. Attention! Baking soda is a rather caustic agent and you should not make such procedures more than once every 2 weeks. And if you have a sensitive skin, is even better to abandon this remedy.
