Kittens, today I publish for you a recipe that will help you and your skin to recover from the winter beriberi. Banana face mask is a quite affordable way to refresh your complexion and give the skin the necessary care. Banana contains vitamin B, carotene (pro-vitamin A), vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant), vitamin E which gives the skin the elasticity and smoothness, and other (PP, K, choline) and minerals (calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, selenium, iron, magnesium, manganese, and fluorine).
Banana face mask with yougurt
Half a small banana (or quarters-third of the large one)
2 tbsp of yogurt
0.5 tsp of almond oil
Application: chop banana in a blender, mix it with the yogurt and oil. Apply to the clean face and keep on for 20-25 minutes. Rinse with a warm water, use your favorite toner and moisturizer. Do not worry about a greasy slick of the almond oil. It will be quickly absorbed the skin, and even on oily skin it will not leave a traces (tested!).
